Mindfulness has become a bit of a movement lately. It’s a movement I can get behind. When I’m not careful, I live my life five minutes from now. Always trying to figure out what’s coming next, I’m not always here. I will be, in about five minutes. But by then, I’ll be five minutes ahead again.
This week, I will be more mindful. I will continue my meditation practice (that I stopped for sickness). I will be here. Now. Wherever that is. And take some of the “next I should do….” out of my head. Or at least just let it float by.
