This Year’s Garden
This year, we’ve decided to grow more flowers than food. Roozle goes to Montessori school where she’s been arranging flowers since she started at 16 months. She loves it. We do too.
Food is a lot of work. Flowers aren’t. It’s way better.
Roozle climbs through our garden regularly. Flowers bounce back. Food doesn’t.
We’re sometimes terrible about weeding. Flowers don’t really mind.
We’re growing some food too. Melons, cucumbers, kale, and tomatoes, but while we wait, we’re enjoying the flowers.
What’s growing in your garden?
