Simple Summer Salad

Last night it was too hot to cook. It was too hot to do anything, really. The perfect night to have salad for dinner.

Our favorite salad lately is incredibly simple. So easy. So good.

Three ingredients: greens, honey mustard, and olive oil.

I drizzle the mustard around the bowl, then the oil over it, then throw the greens in the bowl (actually that part is usually Roozle’s job), and mix it up. That’s it. It’s light, tasty, and fast.

To make a whole meal out of it, we like to sauté garlic, asparagus, and mushrooms and mix them hot into the cold greens. So delicious.
