Welcome to Mini Mission Monday!

There’s a long list of things I’d like to do better. Things I’d like a reset on. I’d like to read more, I’d like to eat out less, I’d like to drink more water, I’d like to exercise more, and the list goes on and on. When I think of the list, I get overwhelmed. The thought of fixing everything all at once forever is just too much. But a mini-mission? Just one per week? I can totally do that.

Each week I will challenge myself, and you, to take on just one thing you’d like to change and focus on that one thing for 5 days. Monday through Friday. That’s it. After that, you can keep going, or just drop it, and start a new mini mission the next Monday!

This Week’s Mini Mission:
A few weeks ago, we started trying to do some laundry at home instead of sending it out. It’s a great idea, in theory, but the reality is that we send out a lot of our laundry because we just can’t keep up with it. Now we’re behind. Again. This week’s mission is all about laundry. Are you all caught up? Do you ever wash and dry your laundry but stop before folding it? Or send it out, but don’t put it away? Do you have clothes at the dry cleaner you haven’t picked up? A pile of shirts that are waiting to be ironed? Use today to make a list of the laundry work that needs to be done and allocate a little bit to each day, with the goal to be as caught up as possible by the end of the week.
