When I was a kid, I was a very picky eater. I would’ve loved mayo and iceberg lettuce sandwiches everyday. I mostly loved raw vegetables over cooked ones. I didn’t like meat. I didn’t like chocolate. I liked my food boring and tasteless. I still do, though I am getting better. A favorite snack is still plain tortilla chips dipped in sour cream.
Roozle has a much wider taste in foods than I did. But now, so much seems to be about the presentation. If we present many different foods on an organized plate, she usually eats all of it even if she dismissed the same thing a few meals before.
The other day Roozle asked me for some raisins and started making her own organized food plate. I think that means she likes it.
